Position: Software Technical Lead
Location: Manhattan, NY (On-site, NOT remote)
Salary: $175k - $200k (based on experience)

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Software Technical Lead to manage and guide a dynamic development team. This role is based on-site in Manhattan and requires strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, as well as experience managing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will oversee software project delivery, drive innovation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Job requirements
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).
- Proven experience managing offshore development teams.
- Previous experience working with startups.
- Experience managing an R&D budget of approximately $1 million per year.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Agile/DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of the media content industry, including streaming, content management, and digital distribution.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to conduct video interviews with the camera turned on.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder status required.
