Site Coordinator — Luxury Construction Company

We are seeking a dependable, organized Site Coordinator to join our client's luxury construction firm. This role provides on-the-ground coordination across multiple job sites—ensuring schedules, materials, and communication all stay on track. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in the field, is detail-oriented, and can balance client interaction with day-to-day site needs.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site visits to verify equipment, materials, schedules, and address on-site issues proactively
Act as the “eyes and ears” for Project Managers: identify delays, missing items, or coordination gaps, and report promptly
Take photos and document conditions before critical phases (e.g., wall closures) to maintain accurate records
Follow up with clients after project sign-offs and handle small fixes or escalate as needed
Coordinate with subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication
Track and manage scheduling of materials with subs, PMs, and clients to minimize delays
Provide basic hands-on assistance—tools and small repairs when necessary

Qualifications

3+ years in construction, site coordination, or related roles (foreman or PM support experience a plus)
Reliable transportation/car for site visits, pick-ups, and drop-offs (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Handy with tools and small site repairs (preferred)
Ability to document site status and follow through with clarity and accuracy
