Job description

We're seeking a strategic sales leader to drive growth and expand client success across top global creative production teams. The ideal candidate has experience in workflow management or collaboration software sales, full-cycle sales, and experience in or an understanding of a creative production environment

In this role, you'll focus on growing existing accounts through use case expansion. You'll also lead relationship development across fashion, retail, media, and lifestyle clients, aligning closely with product and engineering teams to meet technical needs.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS platforms, workflow management, DAM tools

  • Technically adept, organized, and results-driven

  • Strong relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn tangential relationships into org wide trusted relationships. 

  • Sales instincts, you know how to identify opportunities across new and existing relationships and tailor your presentation to meet those needs

  • Demonstrated history of taking ownership of your goals and autonomously developing strategies to meet targets and objectives. 


Responsibilities

  • Expand client relationships and uncover new business opportunities

  • Conduct account mapping and strategic planning

  • Manage renewals, negotiations, timelines, and quotas

  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal technical teams

  • Align account strategies with Client Solutions and Sales teams

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven success in workflow or SaaS sales or account management

  • Ability to mentor account teams 

  • Comfortable managing a range of accounts and/or a book of business

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to leverage network and data insights into action
