Job description

We’re seeking a strategic sales leader to drive growth and expand client success across top global creative production teams. The ideal candidate has experience in workflow management or collaboration software sales, full-cycle sales, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of media, production.

In this role, you’ll focus on growing existing accounts through use case expansion and new brand/division opportunities, while mentoring a team of Growth Account Managers. You’ll also lead relationship development across fashion, retail, media, and lifestyle clients, aligning closely with product and engineering teams to meet technical needs.

Job requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in workflow management, DAM

  • Technically adept, organized, and results-driven

  • Experience with Adobe tools or CaptureOne

Responsibilities

  • Expand client relationships and uncover new business opportunities

  • Conduct account mapping and strategic planning

  • Manage renewals, negotiations, timelines, and quotas

  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal technical teams

  • Align account strategies with Client Solutions and Sales teams

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven success in workflow sales

  • Ability to mentor account teams and manage a book of business

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Expertise in workflow solutions, timelines, and sales operations
