Job description

We’re looking for a QA Manual Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of a FinTech mobile application built with React Native and Flask. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience testing mobile applications and a strong attention to detail. You’ll work closely with developers to identify issues, verify fixes, and ensure a seamless user experience across both iOS and Android platforms.

Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of mobile applications on iOS and Android devices.

  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans.

  • Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.

  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.

  • Conduct regression, functional, and usability testing.

  • Verify integration with APIs and backend systems.

  • Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in manual testing of mobile applications (React Native experience is a plus).

  • Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC.

  • Attention to detail and ability to think from the end-user perspective.

  • Experience with FinTech applications or other financial products is a big plus.

  • Good verbal English communication skills are required.

  • Must be able to work during US business hours (Eastern Time Zone).
