Pharmacy Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Supervisor to join our client's team at a highly-rated community pharmacy located in Queens, NY.  This role is perfect for someone with a solid pharmacy background and is ready to take on supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff.
• Maintain accuracy and address medication errors or customer complaints.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle patient concerns.
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and conduct regular audits.
• Manage documentation and reporting for inventory and patient records.

• Active pharmacist license.
• Extensive pharmacy experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in pharmacy operations and technician duties.
• Skilled in organizing and multitasking effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
