Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a high-end patient experience.
Manage patient inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive patient information.
Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring seamless office operations.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel supported throughout their journey.
Job requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within a luxury medical or surgical practice.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Polished and professional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
