Support administrative tasks and ensure the front desk runs smoothly.
Retain and relay important information efficiently.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (medical degree not required).
Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a luxury, medical, or hospitality setting.
Strong customer service skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work hard and adapt to a varying schedule.
