Paralegal (Personal Injury Law)

Our client is looking for a Paralegal to join a well-established personal injury law firm in Valley Stream, Long Island, NY. No prior legal experience is required—this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field!

Responsibilities:

• Organize case files, scan documents, and manage emails

• Assist with client intake, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients

• Support attorneys with administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations

• Help draft and file basic legal documents under supervision

• Gather and organize medical records for case preparation

• Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers as needed

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
