Litigation Associate

We’re looking for a Litigation Associate to join our client’s team in South Florida— a top law firm specializing in White Collar Crime & Government Investigations. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented litigator to grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment. As part of a team of former federal prosecutors, you’ll handle complex legal challenges and work on high-profile cases.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling complex commercial disputes and white-collar criminal defense with significant responsibilities.

• Engaging in key litigation activities like trials, depositions, and witness preparation.

• Working on impactful cases, including:

  • Healthcare enforcement (Medicare/Medicaid fraud)

  • Government and white-collar investigations

  • OFAC sanctions consulting

• Experience: 2–5 years in litigation with a strong interest in complex civil and criminal cases.

• Education: Top-tier academic credentials and a proven track record in delivering results.

• Clerkship: Federal clerkship experience.

• Skills: Precision, exceptional writing, and a meticulous approach to language.

• Traits: Independent thinker, eager to take ownership of cases, and committed to professional growth.
