They are looking for an Associate Attorney who wants real courtroom exposure, professional development, and the chance to build meaningful trial skills.
This is not a role where you will just draft and review. You will be in court, taking depositions, and actively shaping case strategy.

What You Will Work On:
• Manage and handle insurance defense and fraud litigation matters with partner guidance
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle regular court appearances and motion practice
• Participate in investigation and discovery strategy
• Work closely with SIU teams, partners, and clients

Ideal Background:
• 3 to 7 years of insurance defense experience
• Confident communicator with strong writing and analytical skills
• Curious, detail oriented, and proactive in case development
• Interested in growth and long-term career advancement

What the Firm Offers:
