Job description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator for a growing dance academy and therapy practice. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. While previous healthcare experience is a plus, it is not required—we're happy to train someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is excited to grow with our expanding organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to build a long-term career with a mission-driven team.

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting patients, families, and visitors and creating a welcoming office experience.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to general inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient demographics and documentation within internal systems.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through online insurance portals.
Support administrative operations across both the academy and therapy practices.
Coordinate with providers and internal staff to ensure efficient day-to-day workflows.
Assist with general office administration while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Help create a seamless experience for patients from check-in through ongoing communication.
Job requirements
Previous administrative, front desk, customer service, or office experience.
Healthcare, medical office, therapy, or insurance verification experience is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable learning new software and working across multiple digital platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work full-time on-site, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and occasional flexibility for evening hours.
