Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance and HR Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative, accounting, HR, inventory, sales, and service operations while supporting the broader business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, payroll support, supplier invoice processing, month end and year end close, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, while overseeing cash flow management, treasury activities, banking relationships, payment processing, budgeting support, and financial analysis.

  • Oversee all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, terminations, payroll administration, employee records, visa and work permit processes, green cards, employee requests, and employment-related legal matters.

  • Support sales operations and oversee inventory management including inventory transactions, item location setup, warehouse stock control, and procurement for Miami warehouse inventory.

  • Maintain vendor, supplier, and customer relationships while coordinating purchasing activities and ensuring operational efficiency.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • 6+ years of experience in Finance and HR management, and administrative

  • Experience managing AP/AR, reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and supporting budgeting/reporting processes as well as financial statements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with office and accounting tools/systems (e.g., invoicing, bookkeeping, ERP or similar platforms)

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills in financial and operational contexts


Nice to Have

  • Spanish language proficiency

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and administrative practices
