We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to oversee an inside sales team for a leading industrial equipment manufacturing company with a long-standing history of excellence in the industry. What You'll Do:

  • Manage and motivate a team of 4-5 inside sales representatives, with a focus on supporting account executives in selling to resellers and ensuring channel success.

  • Motivate, coach, and develop team members to maximize their performance and growth.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track metrics, analyze data, and refine sales strategies for better outcomes.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and resellers to drive business success.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and ensure channel effectiveness.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and sales management, with a track record of success in reseller or channel sales.

  • Industrial equipment manufacturing sector experience is highly preferred.

  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze trends and drive strategic decisions.

  • An energetic, driven professional who thrives on challenges and is motivated to double revenue growth.
