Job description
Our client, a successful multi-generational company in the industrial equipment & supplies sector, is looking for a Director of Channel Sales to lead the sales team, manage existing reseller channels, and expand new partnerships. This is a fully remote role focused on driving sales growth through strong leadership and strategic channel development.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + commission
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to maximize performance
✅ Manage and strengthen relationships with existing resellers and channel partners
✅ Identify, onboard, and develop new reseller and distribution channels
✅ Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and market alignment
Job requirements

🔹 Proven track record in channel development, reseller management, and partner expansion
