Job description

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive growth and expand our client's success within some of the world’s largest creative production teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in workflow management software sales, alongside full-cycle sales management, team development, and a strong understanding of our client’s business landscape.

In this role, you will focus on scaling the existing book of business by developing brand opportunities—including use case expansion, division growth, and parent company expansion—while mentoring and leading a team of Growth Account Managers.

This position is ideal for an individual with experience selling workflow management, Digital Asset Management, or creative collaboration software. Candidates should have a strong technical foundation, a deep understanding of workflow automation, and an ability to navigate enterprise software sales cycles within media, production, and creative industries.

Your role will involve seeking and creating new business opportunities, leveraging an existing network, and developing relationships with potential clients across fashion, retail, media, and lifestyle sectors. You will also mentor Account Management team members to drive pipeline growth, deal negotiations, and professional development.

Job requirements

  • 4-7 years of software sales experience, with a focus on workflow management, Digital Asset Management, or creative production tools.

  • Industry experience in media, video, photography, or workflow automation software.

  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate workflow solutions into business impact.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

  • Excellent follow-through skills with a proactive approach to client success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify & build strategic client relationships to expand use cases and drive new business opportunities.

  • Conduct account mapping and strategic planning to understand parent company and brand structures.

  • Manage the Account Management pipeline, including contract renewals, negotiations, timelines, and quotas.

  • Act as a key liaison between clients and product management/software engineering for technical needs.

  • Ensure internal alignment on account strategies with Client Solutions & Sales teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in selling workflow management or collaboration software to creative, media, or production teams.

  • Ability to mentor and develop Account Managers in customer engagement and workflow solutions.

  • Experience managing a personal book of business while ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to position workflow automation solutions to decision-makers.

  • Ability to define timelines, budgets, approvals, and implementation strategies.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in virtual and in-person client interactions.

  • Expertise in internal process improvement, including product release workflows, bug fixes, and sales operations.
