Job description
We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist to join our client’s team. This position combines customer support, account management, and sales outreach. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow business while also assisting with support inquiries.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts, building relationships and supporting client needs.
Conduct outbound outreach to existing and potential customers to maintain engagement and identify sales opportunities.
Handle inbound inquiries including order status, pricing requests, product questions, and general support.
Process orders, provide tracking information, and assist customers using internal systems.
Use tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and internal systems to manage customer interactions and support tickets.
Balance account management, customer support, and sales outreach while working toward performance goals.
Job requirements
5+ years of experience in both customer support and sales.
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers by phone and email.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calls and proactive customer outreach.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools (CRM platforms such as Salesforce are a plus).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Proactive, reliable, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
