Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in the sewing or textile industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and product questions professionally and efficiently

  • Actively build relationships with potential clients and drive new sales opportunities

  • Provide product recommendations and technical support related to sewing or textile products

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Represent our brand with passion and deep product knowledge

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management

  • Previous experience in sewing, textile, garment manufacturing, or the industrial sewing industry

  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!)

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

  • Proactive, customer-focused, and goal-driven personality
