Account Executive - Staffing & Recruiting

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive with 3+ years of experience selling new Staffing & Recruiting deals. We're NOT looking for a Recruiter at the moment. We're specifically looking for someone who is a proven hunter and is coming from a Business Development role within the Staffing business. 

We're seeking someone who is more than a salesperson; we need a connector, a relentless relationship builder with the drive to develop and expand a portfolio of new clients. This role offers the freedom to harness your existing relationships and dive into new ones, supported by our robust recruiting and technology team. You’ll have untapped commission potential, with expected BASE between $50,000-75,0000 and an OTE of $250,000+ in your first year. You'll have the ability to grow your earnings with no cap. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand relationships with clients you generate, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions.

• Engage in proactive business development through cold-calling, networking events, industry conferences, and anywhere you see someone with a need that is limiting their growth.

• Represent our services with authenticity, credibility, and a client-first attitude, ensuring successful placements with our recruiting team’s support.

• Drive sales and exceed revenue targets with no cap on commission—your earnings are limitless.

• Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio, supported by our ability to provide both U.S. and offshore staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3++ years in Staffing and Recruiting Sales with a proven ability to close self-prospected deals and grow client accounts. Most previous role should be Staffing/Recruiting Sales. 

• Experience generating, negotiating and closing Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Placement Roles

• Preferred: Experience in a Full-Desk role and experience selling Offshore Staffing services 

• Track record of consistently exceeding Sales quotas 100%+ 

• Existing client relationships that can carry over and a knack for building trust quickly.

• Type A personality with a competitive edge, ready to exceed expectations and earn significant income on a high-commission plan.

• High-energy, positive attitude, with the gift of gab and a love for selling staffing services
