About the Role:
As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with the agency’s existing clients, focusing on identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth. You’ll be the go-to expert in understanding client needs and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations. This position requires a proactive and strategic mindset, leveraging your industry expertise to grow the business while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client partnerships and increase account revenue.
* Deepen relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their goals, challenges, and business needs.
* Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and trust.
* Anticipate client needs and proactively propose creative production solutions that add value.
* Collaborate with clients to uncover new opportunities for services, campaigns, or projects.
* Strategize and execute plans to expand the agency’s footprint within client organizations.
* Partner with internal creative and production teams to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with client expectations.
* Advocate for the client’s vision while maintaining alignment with agency capabilities and goals.
* Attend industry events and stay informed about the latest in creative production trends to bring fresh ideas and solutions to clients.
* Monitor industry and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
* 10-15 years of experience in creative production, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and client relationships.
* Proven success in growing business with existing accounts and expanding client portfolios.
* In-depth understanding of the creative production industry, including current trends, best practices, and competitive landscapes.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate client needs and propose innovative solutions.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to conduct video interviews with the camera turned on.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder status required.
